A Nature in Action day with Natural England
Get up close and personal with nature for a day at one of two Natural England sites. These conservation sites - one of which is a specialist wetland - are amongst the country’s most spectacular nature reserves. See nature conservation in action at grass roots level and be guided by the people who manage and look after these beautiful places. These reserves are a haven for a plethora of birds, mammals, insects and flowers, all of which are part of the United Kingdom’s unique landscape. Your expert guide will be able to explain how our ancestors lived in harmony with nature and the historical importance of the sites. Don’t forget your binoculars and camera! A light lunch is included.
