Introduction to snowboarding

There’s no longer need to look like a beginner when you hit the slopes for your ski holiday. Get the basic moves under your belt with an introduction to the art of snowboarding at SnowDome - the UK’s top indoor real snow ski centre. Starting off with a safety briefing and an introduction to your equipment, you can try out some basic moves and learn the right stance for perfect balance whether your a ‘regular foot’ or ‘goofy foot’ (is your leading leg left or right?). Move on to controlling the toe and heel edge of the board and zig zag down the slope from left to right and back - the ‘falling leaf’ manoeuvre. Expert instructors are always on hand to pick you up if you just happen to fall over.
