Kids’ Recording Studio Experience
Take to the mic and release your inner pop star. Get some friends together to sing your favourite songs just like your pop idols, with friendly and helpful recording studio staff who’ll help you make your very own CD. This experience is for up to eight or ten of you - depending on which venue you chose to go to, and a couple of adults. You can all sing the same song, or split up into groups and record up to three separate tracks. The staff will help everyone make the most of their talents and show you the work that goes on behind the scenes in a recording studio. You can bring along your own refreshments to make it a real party, and you’ll get a CD each of your best songs to take home. Go on, prove to everyone that you have the X Factor!

Availability: Any day of the week. Weekend dates are always busy - please give several weeks advance booking notice.
Participant Guidelines: Minimum age is 4 or 6, maximum age is 14. At least two adults must accompany the group of up to eight or ten children. Specifics depend on the venue chosen so please check with us before booking if unsure.
Duration: Your recording session will last for three hours. The time spent recording each song will depend on numbers and how the group is split. Please don't arrive more than five minutes early, as a previous session may still be running.
Numbers on Day: The studio is exclusive to your group of up to eight or ten children and two adults.
Spectators: Two spectators are welcome (in addition to your two adults). Get them to bring along cameras or camcorders.
Other Information: The studio will call a nominated member of the group a week or two before the session to discuss your song/s. They have a wide variety of backing tracks, but please be aware that some songs are not available for copyright reasons.
