Segway Rally for Two
The Segway is a new marvel of technology that is self balancing, keeping you upright and in complete control at all times. Made to feel as simple as walking, it offers a feeling akin to hovering above the ground, making this an entirely novel and totally thrilling mode of getting around. Start with a full instruction and safety briefing, then get to grips with the Segway controls. Set off on a natural track through wooded and open surroundings to put what you have learned into Segway racing practise. With overtaking sections en route there is plenty of opportunity to let your competitive streak loose! Your experience concludes with a certificate presentation. So go ahead and try the transport of the future, now!

Availability: Available throughout the year at each of the five venues, a minimum of once a month, a maximum of four times a month (depending on venue chosen).
Participant Guidelines: Minimum age 12 and those taking part under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Minimum weight is 45kg (7 stone) and maximum weight is 117kg (18.5 stone). Safety dictates that pregnant woman cannot participate.
Duration: The experience will last for approximately an hour, including your briefing and Segway driving time.
Numbers on Day: Share your Segway racing time with a maximum of five other participants.
Dress Code: Dress appropriately for this outdoor activity and be aware that you may get muddy. All safety equipment (full body protection and a helmet) will be supplied by the venue. We recommend you wear flat, sturdy covered shoes or trainers and gloves.
Spectators: There is a small waiting area for spectators and they can watch the riders from a number of trackside areas.
Other Information: Segways are extremely eco-friendly as they have zero emissions. Each vehicle runs for up to 24 miles on 0.14p of electricity.
