Sushi is fresh, healthy, tasty and trendy. But hardly anyone tries to make it at home - surely something which looks and tastes so beautiful must really be difficult to create? Not so. Learn all about the different types of sushi, fish, rice and vegetable ingredients, as well as tips on how to make it yourself at home. Run by the experts at YO!, your class starts off with a talk on the history of sushi before you watch a demonstration by one of their top chefs. Then it’s your turn to try, preparing three different types of sushi, with the expert advice and help of the chef who remains on hand. You will then sit down to enjoy your sushi and take home a certificate with a sushi rolling mat - essential for your new hobby as a home sushi chef!

Availability: Availability varies by location so please check when you have chosen where you want to go.

Participant Guidelines: Minimum age is 16. Not all sushi involves fish and vegetarians are most welcome. Please inform us when booking if you have any special dietary requirements.

Duration: Your experience will last approximately two hours, including time to eat the sushi you have produced.

Numbers on Day: Numbers will vary at each location but as a rule, there will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 people taking part.

Dress Code: An apron will be provided for the duration of the experience.
