Take it on if you dare and join the big league with this half day of extreme, adrenaline-fuelled excitement combining THREE of the world’s most exciting things to do indoors. Start your day off with one of the longest indoor zip wires in the world, racing 250 feet and going up to 30 mph, to get you off to a flying start. Next up, abseil yourself from the rafters of the building from 150 feet up and feel your pulse steadily climbing. Then conclude your experience by trying the latest extreme craze, a 150 feet indoor parachute simulation. Hang on in there as you let gravity take charge and race you straight down to the floor before the state of the art braking system kicks in, allowing a safe landing back on the ground - with your heart in your mouth! How’s that for an experience? And as a memento, you will be able to purchase a professional photo of your final jump on the day to take home and prove to all your friends that you really did it.

Availability: Weekend dates around once a month throughout the year.

Participant Guidelines: Min age 11, max weight 18st 12lb (120kg). Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature. Over 50s need to produce a doctor's certificate. Must be in good health and inform us of any medical conditions beforehand, as they may prohibit you jumping.

Duration: Expect to be on site for up to four hours in total. Safety checks, briefing and harnessing all take a few minutes each.

Numbers on Day: Up to 100 others will also take part on the day.

Dress Code: Please wrap up (there's no heating here) and wear long trousers rather than a skirt (you'll be upside down!). Glasses and contact lenses must be removed prior to jumping. Long hair must be tied back (to prevent possible entanglement).

Spectators: You are welcome to bring along as many spectators as you like - why get them to bring along a camera or video to record all the action?

Other Information: Conditions that will prevent you from jumping include: high blood pressure, any heart condition, dizziness/epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma, any neurological condition and diabetes.
