Vinopolis Cocktail Masterclass
A few years ago ordering a cocktail was just an excuse to ask for Sex on the Beach, but we’ve grown up a bit since then. This interactive masterclass gives you a unique insight into bar culture, the art of bartending and ultimately how to create a range of five of the world’s most popular cocktails. From the classic Martini to more contemporary creations, you will be guided under tutelage of the resident cocktail expert who’ll start you off with an introduction to the equipment and techniques of mixology. At the end of the class you have the opportunity to put your newly acquired skills to the test by preparing your own liquid masterpiece. All in all a pretty good way to spend a day.

Availability: Masterclasses take place on the first Thursday evening of each month except December. Vinopolis opens from 12 to 10pm Thursdays and Fridays (closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays), 11am to 9pm Saturdays and 12 to 6pm Sundays and bank holidays.
Participant Guidelines: Alcohol is part of this experience so the minimum age is 18. Disabled customers are welcome; Vinopolis has full wheelchair access.
Duration: Your masterclass will last for one and half hours.
Numbers on Day: Share your experience with a maximum of 30 other budding connossieurs.
Other Information: You must produce your Red Letter Days booking letter at reception on the day. For obvious reasons, driving to Vinopolis is not recommended - it is easily accessible by public transport.
