Yacht sailing experience

A fun and exciting challenge is a day spent on the water in a top class J/109 proven performance racing yacht. These sleek racing boats are both easy to sail and very stable. Designed with enough horsepower for competitive racing and enough stability for safe, relaxed cruising they feature retractable bowsprit and asymmetrical spinnaker systems with two cabin interiors with standing headroom down below. After a start of tea, coffee and pastries, you’ll be kitted out in yachting gear before heading on to the water. The boat’s skipper will demonstrate racing techniques and tactics and after a light lunch you can test your skills with a series of short races up against other boats. The winning team will be presented with prizes at the end of the day.
